Did you see the final episode of Band of Brothers on either HBO or the History channel? What was your favorite part, if yes?

 

 

Mine was the interviews. when one of the guys said the following quote, I about lost it and almost started crying.

 

 

My grandson asked me, "Grandpa were you a hero in World War II?" and I said, "No, but I served in a company of them"

i started to watch this series when it came out on hbo then i had to lose hbo, i wanna get the series on dvd, when i get a chance, it was great what i saw of it, cant wait to get to see the whole thing. i never have a chance to chatch it on history channel. BTW that is a great quote, a true sign of a hero, mosdesty and humility.
