After many hours sitting here, I have to strectch to get the blood back in my head. I put my arms out to the side, hands clentched , palms up, thumbs pointing backwards. Keeping thumbs pointing back raise both arms up over head, them back down. Feels really good in upper back, after hunching over the keyboard so long, try it
