I happen to vote for "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea". I liked, and watched all the TV series when the Sci-fi Channel still showed them..... But I've seen "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" and "The Land of the Giants" the most, and I enjoyed the adventues of the S.S. Seaview, under the command of Captain Leo Crane, with Admiral Harriman Nelson supervising.
A list of the where the series took place, as I remembered... The future!

Who made the Dyson Sphere remains unknown to the general public. The Dyson Sphere appeared in the "Star Trek: The Next Generation" episode "Relics".

Well as I remember... The Frogstar Scout robot class D was having his conversation with Marvin in "The Restaurant at the End of the Universe". Btw, I know that, I decided it didn't count (<-I mentioned it in these!->).
The Radio drama (done by the BBC Radiophonic Workshop) was great.

In "Star Trek V: The Final Frontier", we encounter the God of Sha Ka Ree, and then, in Star Trek: The Next Generation, we meet the Cytherians in "The Nth Degree". Both had appeared as floating heads (I doubt that the Thasians were involved ["Charlie X" {TOS}]), and the Cytherians could never leave because of the Galactic Barrier between the center of the Galaxy and the outside. They do differ, but are they of the same kindred?

Do you think that there may be a connection with the Preservers from the TOS episode "The Paradise Syndrome" and the Makers of the recent ENT episode "Chosen Realm"? The Preservers were known to scatter some of Earth's civilizations out onto other planets (IE the Native American planet that Miramese lived on). There might be the Tkon Empire and/or the Dyson Sphere involved with this. But then again it just maybe a conspiracy theory to pick up loose-ends....

The Hitchhiker books are a series of Sci-fi Comedies, which begin with the destruction of Earth for an intergalactic freeway by the Vogons. Mostly the main-characters are Arthur Dent, one of the two last humans alive, and Ford Prefect, supplyer for "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy", which basically helps you find your way through space and time. They hitchhike through time and space in a nonsensical universe where the Ultimate Answer is 42, while the question is: "What do you get if you times six with nine?"

I obviously voted for "Doctor Who". It's also the longest running SF show in history (1963-1989, 1996)

I, too, shall enjoy the new "Doctor Who" in 2005 (obviously). But I wonder what went wrong with the 1996 TV Movie "Doctor Who", starring Paul McGann as "The Doctor". I wonder still...

"The Scream of the Shalka" was a good episode. It had the 9th Doctor in it, played by Richard E. Grant.
