  1. Babylon 5 creator J. Michael Straczynski claimed that he recently worked on the development of a new Star Trek series.

Cinescape has reprinted the news from a post at JMS News, in which Straczynski said that he and Dark Skies creator Bryce Zabel had written a treatment earlier this year for a new television series for Paramount. Straczynski stated that the new installment of the franchise would restore Star Trek "in a big way", adding, "I actually think it could be a hell of a show. Whether that ever goes anywhere with Paramount, who knows?"

Though there have been rumours that Paramount had entertained outside pitches for new Star Trek shows from everyone from William Shatner to a group of horror film producers, this is the first time another major television science fiction team has claimed to be working on a project independent of Rick Berman, who has been an executive producer of Star Trek for nearly two decades.

Berman's current production partner Brannon Braga has stated in interviews that he will not be the show-runner for Star Trek: Enterprise next season, with new writer Manny Coto likely to take over those duties, according to several actors on the show. Straczynski praised Coto and offered veiled criticism of Berman and Braga at the same time, saying, "Left to his own devices, I think he could be a big help over there without the other powers that be impeding the process."

The Great Link has previously reported Straczynski's claims that he was invited to become an executive producer on Enterprise, but declined the position. - Trektoday.com

It all Sounds good to me, I wonder what the new series will be like Straczynski was renown for his work on Babylon 5. I wonder what type of stories he can bring into the ST universe?

  2. Yeah, I agree. Twilight was a WOW ep.

It demonstrated what a terrible threat the Xindi were to humans and the utmost importance of destroying the weapon. Up until the "Zero Hour", every encounter with the Xindi (particularly the Reptilians) reminded me of those horrible scenes of Earth's destruction and the Humans being hunted down and destroyed.

Its all true what Riaan said so I voted for Twilight, the episode was Movie Epic in Episode proportion everything about that episode rocked even the music lol.

    3. North Star

  4. U wanna see some action... Space Battles

Artists that have left alot of shows have created space battles(fully CG) including new battles of Star Trek, Babylon 5, Star Wars, Battle Star Galactica and StarGate. Well worth the look if your craving for combat or crossover battles, cgi used is well animated and looks up to date plz enjoy when u can.

  5. Man Enterprise Season Three went down with a bang. it surely delivered in what many people treky and other want from star trek. The action was flawless throught to the last episode with an interesting twist at the end. Now that Stargate is returning with its brother Stargate Atlantis, Star Trek Enterprise will have time (1-2months)to surely rethink a strategy that will make the series more accepeted with more action and stunning graphics that season 3 gave. The Andromeda season 4 finale could of been better with some areas clouded and predictable ending to the two-parter, aswell though Andromeda returns for another season and will also devise a better story arc plots.

  6. I was just reading a post by Delta Called "Why did'nt Voyager go to the Gamma quadrant?" and found it really interesting, in doing so i decided to start one of my own from his brilliant inspiration. If the Voyager was thrown into the Gamma quadrant instead of The Delta quadrant, what type of adventure's U think they may of had? They could of met the Dominion and stopped the federation/Dominion war or Even help defeat the Dominion? what do u all think?

  7. I wanna see either two things...

1)Species 8472 entering the Temporal Cold War either helping or fighiting against the Sphere Builders

2)Species 8472 in a movie directed at the destruction of the borg at the hands of 8472 and the Enterprise E crew helping defeat 8472. LOTS OF ACTION, NICE SFX and GOOD STORY I SAY

  8. The Romulans are Kiniving sons of a ..., they have no honour look at how they attack people by backstabbing them with a disruptor and a cloak to hide in the shadows. the only reason why they joined the dominion war was to boost their popularity within both quadrants. hell did u see that DS9 episode when you see all those Klingon ships come down like a knife on the dominion just when the UFP was about to be crushed in the battle?
