Hi gul_nodrog i was reading an article a little while ago it said

"If everything had gone to plan Sisko's first officer would have been actress Michelle Forbes (Ro Laren) but she would not sign a six year contract,which forced the producers to create Major Kira to take her place."

I just thought this was interesting and it would explain why she didn't turn up in the odd story.

I call them smilies. When i first started using the internet i would E-mail my sister finishing my message with a grinning face B) until she asked why i kept signing myself D when my name does not begin with a D so i suppose you have to be careful where you use them as they can cause confusion. B)

Hi I was reading a Sci-Fi magazine and found an article about DS9 here's what it said:-

"A host of well known actors were up for the role of Commander Sisko including Candyman star and NG guest actor Tony Todd ( who could have been better than Avery Brooks) E.R's Eriq La Salle (who could have been better than Avery Brooks and Gary Graham (who, erm- you get the picture)"

I thought Avery Brooks was great as Sisko and had never considered other people didn't think he was very good i was wondering what everyone else thinks as this really annoyed me.

IMHO Avery Brooks as Sisko rules :biggrin:

It would be nice to see a DS9 movie or a Voyager one i miss both series.

I voted for Captain Janeway she truly was an inspiration and she takes her coffee just like me.

NO NO NO what have they done to it (Casidy cries) . This is the first time i have heard the new version it has gone all poppy and shallow. I loved the ENT music and thought it was perfect for the series, it had such meaning yes the lyrics are still there but the feeling has gone it left me shouting "once again Russel and this time with feeling". I know i haven't watched the new series yet(hurry up January) and i'm sure i will get used to it but right now i'm disappointed, i didn't think it was broken in the first place so don't know why they had to "fix it".

White meat for me please. It may be a little drier but it's much nicer for me and with a bit of gravy yummy. This is making me hungry.

I used to have a NES and also regret the day i gave it away :lol:. I loved Mario and the original Legend of Zelda on the gold coloured cart. Oh the happy memories of game play. I now have a PS2 and Gamecube but still miss my old NES. There are great games out there today but sometimes i think the old ones are still the best. :(

I will be going to my sisters. My niece is only 3 and is getting excited already it should be fun. :lol:

I voted other i love the TVR. I would love to own one every time one goes past i think WOW especially the Tuscan with green to purple flare paint. That is one heck of a good looking sports car. The company make them to order one day i will go in and ask for a metallic purple one ( Casidy comes back to real world and stops dreaming)

I love Chinese food i have never tried Thai.
