Although I like all the 007 movies, my favorites include "Dr. No", "Goldfinger", "You only Live Twice [little Nellie..." well, she is quite a gal"]", and "In Her Majesty's Secret Service [Diana Rigg ... well, she IS quite a gal!]".

STAR TREK, THE ORIGINAL SERIES
Followed by TNG, ENT, and VOY. I cannot include DS9, or TAS, as I have not seen either one of them. I don't think I could part with $100 for the DVD collection for DS9.

My favorite TOS character as a kid was the Enterprise. Looking back as an adult, I liked Dr. McCoy and his straightforward candor. I also am "fascinated" with Mr. Spock and his stoicism.
:) Fascinating :)

The Red Skelton Show was a great classic show from the old days,he was truly one of the funnest men on television.Ditto. I also enjoyed "Bonanza", and occasionally watch a rerun on the Hallmark Channel.

I actually loved the Dune Buggie scene. First time we got to see a car-like vehicle in Trek besides Earth history. As for the lighting, I loved it! It made the world feel "alien".Ditto. I also liked the Romulan thread in the movie. "Nemesis" ranks as one of my fav Trek movies.

SPOCK RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! B) B) B) :PDitto. I liked the logic vs. emotion interactions that occurred in the TOS episodes. I especially liked the conversations between Dr. McCoy and the "pointy-earred Vulcan."
 Facinating

I have always enjoyed aviation. One of my biggest thrills was to visit the EAA aircraft museum in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. I would love to be a test pilot, or to be able to fly or even race a WWII vintage fighter - P-51, P-47, Spitfire, Bf-109.
Another dream job is a draftsman/designer for a firm like Martin Marietta or Lockheed.
Yet one more: a crewman on a Space Shuttle.

Other than sports , I watch CSI, JAG, Enterprise, reruns of TNG, VOY, Peacemaker (a western CSI), Clint Eastwood "spaghetti westerns", just to name a few.

A difficult choice. Since the third installment of The Lord of the Rings has not been released to the public yet, I nixed it, although I greatly enjoyed the first and second ones. I selected the Tom Clancy series - The Search for Red October, Patriot Games, and A Clear and Present Danger - as I enjoy spy/drama/action/war movies as well as sci-fi.

I went with NCC-1701. The original and the pioneer of Star Trek. Hard to beat a classic. And its no " garbage scow ( 'The Trouble with Tribble' episode)."
Enterprise NCC-1701

The original starship Enterprise.NCC-1701.The best of the bunch!
I agree. Although not the slickest of the bunch - aerodynamically (as if that matters in the vacuum of space!), it is however the original, and the one I am the most familiar.
He called the Enterprise a garbage scow! - Scotty

Takara - you need to check your addition. Riker's Rockers has 36 points as of 10/16. Thanks for all your hard work, nonetheless.

Minnesota. I like the change of seasons. Right now, the colors of the trees are at their peak. I especially like the maple trees. They have the brightess colors and some varieties change colors and then drop their leaves early in the fall, usually before any of the others. I have two in my backyard that are bare-naked.

Favorite episodes from TOS would include: A Piece of the Action, The Doomsday Machine, Amok Time, and Balance of Terror. There is an episode featuring Majel Barret as Number One, and Captain Pike is in command of the Enterprise. I think that would be "Where No Man Has Gone Before". I don't believe I had seen the episode " City on the Far Edge of Forever" . It is probably the only one I haven"t seen, and it sounds like a pretty good one.
