There are a lot of old T.V. shows that I like. Here are just a few of them:
TOS, Batman, the Green Lantern (Bruce Lee as Kato), Bonanza, Gunsmoke, Leave it to Beaver, the Wild,Wild West, Lost in Space, Emergency, Gilligan's Island, Hawaii Five-O, ... and a few others.

Yes, I am a born-again Christian. In John 3:1-21, Jesus explains to Nicodemus about being "born again." Some hymns refer to it as being "washed in the blood of the Lamb." I am a member of an Evangelical Free Church.

Captain James T. Kirk. A hands-on kind of leader. Willing to put himself in harms way for the sake of the many, " or the one." Picard demonstrated these same qualities i.e. "First Contact." He is my second favorite. I enjoyed the dialogue between he and Data in regards to classical music , literature, and plays.
Lets see whats out there... Engage!

I'm partial to classics, so I choose the Constitution-class Enterprise. I also like the TOS Klingon battle cruisier, and the NX-01 Enterprise.

I like them both. However, I chose FC as the best of the two. The Borg Queen is far more evil. And I loved Data's in-your-face-Borg-Queen "Resistance is futile!"

My first car was co-owned with my brother. We bought my dad's Comet-green 1963 Chevy. It had a 283 c.i.d., and a three-speed manual transmission, or a "three-on-the-tree." Paid $300 for it. Later, my brother bought out my share of it, and then was T-boned by a large truck. He survived, but the car went to the boneyard.

After coming home from work, there were two "things"; one, my wife, and two, Mr. and Mrs. Cardinal at our birdfeeders.

Why not use Luke in his black Jedi outfit and green lightsabre? That looked cool!!!
Thanks,King! I like that idea. now, the search begins. Perhaps my friend at work, who has an exstensive collection of SW figurines, would let me photograph one.
Thanks, dude!

McCoy is my favorite Star Trek comedian. I especially liked the verbal sparring with Spock, "pointy eared", "green-blooded" were popular adjectives for him.

Stelfan, I am sorry about your accident. Were you driving a Volvo? I was driving a Plymouth Grand Voyager and , while waiting at a train crossing, was rear-ended. Fortunately, there wasn't a train in front of me, but there was another vehicle, which I was pushed into. I needed therapy afterwards for whiplash. I pray that you'll recover quickly.

By the way, I saw the Defiant for the first time in an episode, and I must say it is awesome!I agree. I did not realize that the Defiant is considered a warship, and one that the Federation abandoned.

I am new to the DS9 episodes. I have watched a few on Spike TV. Unless I can get a reaaalllly good bargain, I probably won't buy the DVDs.

There are three cancelled shows from CBS that I enjoyed: The Agency, Early Edition, and Touched by an Angel. Another one: Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. All were Saturday evening shows.
<_< Where did all the good shows go? Where did they go........

I recently watched "Miracle"' about the USA Olympic hockey team of 1980. I especially liked it not only for my interest in hockey ( my son Luke is on a Squirt A team), but because the coach, the late- Herb Brooks , is a fellow Minnesotan.
One movie that I did not see, but wish I had, is LOTR III. I really enjoyed the first two episodes.
One movie that I would like to see and is still at the theater is "The Passion of Christ."

Baseball. I have been a fan of the Minnesota Twins since the days of Harmon Killebrew and Jim Kaat. I remember going to a baseball clinic featuring Jim Kaat. I love to play football. I was a running back in school. Recently, I became a fan of both hockey and NASCAR.
