  1. Captain James T. Kirk. A hands-on kind of leader. Willing to put himself in harms way for the sake of the many, " or the one." Picard demonstrated these same qualities i.e. "First Contact." He is my second favorite. I enjoyed the dialogue between he and Data in regards to classical music , literature, and plays.

:bow:Lets see whats out there... Engage!

  2. My first car was co-owned with my brother. We bought my dad's Comet-green 1963 Chevy. It had a 283 c.i.d., and a three-speed manual transmission, or a "three-on-the-tree." Paid $300 for it. Later, my brother bought out my share of it, and then was T-boned by a large truck. He survived, but the car went to the boneyard. :flex:

  3. Stelfan, I am sorry about your accident. Were you driving a Volvo? I was driving a Plymouth Grand Voyager and , while waiting at a train crossing, was rear-ended. Fortunately, there wasn't a train in front of me, but there was another vehicle, which I was pushed into. I needed therapy afterwards for whiplash. I pray that you'll recover quickly. :roflmao:

  5. I recently watched "Miracle"' about the USA Olympic hockey team of 1980. I especially liked it not only for my interest in hockey ( my son Luke is on a Squirt A team), but because the coach, the late- Herb Brooks , is a fellow Minnesotan.

One movie that I did not see, but wish I had, is LOTR III. I really enjoyed the first two episodes.

One movie that I would like to see and is still at the theater is "The Passion of Christ."

    :hug:LIVE LONG AND PROSPER
