It might seem implausible but a temporal paradox is what they might need. A way to skip two or three years, and that could explain the Romulan War (Ent goes through time and a shockwave destroys a colony). Then they end the war in season 6 (end of)....(you know : stunning two parter, ENT is cornered.....Romulans closing argh!!!!) then the Federation is formed at the very end of season 7.

then Archer gets promoted and they all live hapily ever after

well, i think we need to come together in a world peace before we can go anywhere. We need to set aside our petty differences and become a bunch of earth loving, people loving hippies that live as one with Mother Nature!

well, first, Enterprise has NEVER been mentioned on any other series. Second, the is no canon "first flight" before kirk (although its plausible).... i think they do need to whack in a war and collapse the Expanse, to merge the series together...

thats an interesting pointer ~Crims~.........i think season 2 DS9 ender was the best ever.....

dont get me wrong, i love trektoday....however i like to keep my eyes "on the bird", thus meaning i dont believe in speculation. While they may have a good source, there is no substitute for straight from the horses mouth is there?

thats an interesting one, i'm puzzeled, but it could be the advancement of technology, like a specially modulate sensor beam...or if ships are involved, it could be that Starfleet Engineering has found a specific sheild modulation...anyone else?

what about "The Jem'Hadar" (DS9 season 2 ender), that was powerful, and "The Adversary" (DS9 season 3 ender)...they were the two best cliffhangers....(how come their not top ten)!

interesting people, however i think Australia needs a Paramount division, i mean we've hit the movie industry with Sydney......... do you reckon "Paramount Australia" could make a series?

Personally, i reckon they could make a 10 year series and in the final yearhave the Federation formed (canon date : 2161) to fight the Romulan War (or was it the Klingons)
