Well since god does not exist in my opinion then your argument is a moot point.And the holy bible is a book of Christian myths written by men,so that doesn't help your argument either.

I voted for ST:Undiscovered Country.The end of that film was very sad for me.When Sulu's ship the Excelsior pulled away from the Enterprise and I believe it was McCoy that says "Thats a big ship" and Scotty says "Aye,but not as big as her Captain" I got all teary eyed.

The of course when Checkov saked for a heading and Kirk says "Second star on your left and straight on till morning",well by then I'm a crying idiot in the movie house knowing this is the last film of the TOS crew all together.

DS9 ending was good but left alot of questions in my mind.I would like to see a film or mini-series to help answer some of those questions,the new DS9 books have helped but I would like to see it on the screen.

I think your spirit and soul die when you die.And I believe animals have a soul and a spirit,its kind of egotistical to think only humans have a soul or spirit.At the time of your death its all over,no after life,no heaven or hell.

Humans could be dueled natured I guess,I just honestly never thought about it.

I'm a drummer,my parents got me my first drum set back when I was in the 7th grade.I have played in a couple of rock and roll bands and played in the orchestra for a few staged musicals.

I don't play as much as I used to now,but from time to time I still like to bang out a few tunes,its great for relieving stress!

I have the Star Trek 1976 space ship model kit! The model is displayed in my living room!

I would want to be on Enterprise or 24.

My big claim to fame is I had a bit part on Matlock about 8 years ago,Playing a redneck in a bar and a fight breaks out.You see me later sitting in the courtroom behind the defendant.It was very cool hanging out and chatting with Andy Griffith. Its kinda wild.the scene in the courtroom on TV last about 10-15 minutes,but filming just that one scene takes about 6 hours.They repostion the camera after every take and do the same scene again and again to get every angle of the trial.

When I want some mood music I put on my Pink Floyd "The Wall" CD,That puts me in a great mood everytime!

I've logged on at work when things slow down and I get bored.

Sean Connery rocks as James Bond!!!! he's the best with Pierce Bronson coming in a close second.Roger Moore was ok but not great and Timothy Dalton just plain sucked.

I voted myth,equality is not there yet.Women still mostly make less money than men and racial issues are still alive and well which is sad since we're now in the 21st century.And we seem to be losing more freedoms than getting more freedoms.

About the only thing I don't like about this country is the Goverment,I just don't trust them, especially George Bush.I look forward to him leaving the White House.

I always take whats on the news with a grain of salt,its partly true, partly propaganda most of the time.Its good to watch and read many sources of news and then form your own opinion on what you believe the truth may be.

Glad you did what you did trekbabe,you should be proud of your child for speaking her opinion.I hope your letting the school know how proud of her you are and that she is being rewarded for what she did. :lol:
