omg thats so mean! i've never seen the comercial either and i hope i never do. Sterotyping is so annoying! Like most people have said, I as well am the kind of person that know one really knows that i like trek. No one steroptypes me or makes fun of me (Except of course my mom..) but i've seen happen and I know what you mean...its so horrible!

So far as i know, i have to wait till the 20th to rent it and buy it... actually, knowing my local video store, it will probably be the 20th of june...

My favorite is probably neptune...i don't know whta I like about it exactly, I just think its cool. i also like the fact that its almost the farthest planet away from the sun that wwe know about, if you don't count pluto as a planet.

I just found this story..(My dad is a docter and has to find translaters all the time and when he came across it, he showed i to me)...its pretty interesting.

It says basically that translators are now needed for patients because all they will speak is klingon!

although it is a little bit of a problem for doctors, i think its cool that people are speaking it fluently! it would be neat to be able to speak two langages fluently, let alone one that was klingon. now I have to go check out the klingon embassy forum and try to learn some klingon.

we are usually on at the harry time and occassionally at the tom time. We know stuff about Data but we never claimed we could type. :)

 

TNGtrekker is that one of the best things about these boards and TNG! We discuss an episode and it makes ya want to run and put a DVD in to watch. And then to see it again with fresh points of view in your mind, it's like watching it again for the first time. You get a better appreciate of episodes that you liked and an even greater appreciation for the one you loved.

I'm still not sure...I used to not belive in ghosts...then i did, and now I'm not sure what to believe...

I've never personally had an experience with ghost, but one of my really good friends believes there is a sort of spirit or ghost, call it what you like in her house. She once told me this story about it and its actually kind of creepy and makes you wonder...
