I think you mean neutral. Kind of worries me when I hear neuter, makes me a little nervous.

good news the test was dead easy. it was on index notation and completely bubby. i think i did really well!

cassidy, you sound like me, i'm always so woried and panicking before tests, but then i actually do really well. You sure have a lot of tests though! good luck on your next one if you have one. I usually have a lot of tests too actually, but we only have two days left of classes, and then exams, so there haven't really been any tests. we should start a little subsection of off topic discussion for you and i to post our up-comming tests, lol

Gals , are insulted far too easily, when you go through our mersey tunnel to liverpool, the sign on the pay both, used to say manned, now it says staffed, men = manned, women = womanned, what do you want!!!

THAT'S NOT NICE :P 'gals' aren't insulted too easily. Most women probably don't care about political correctness, and its not like we get in a huff about it.

Then how come nearly every female who's screen name doesn't convey gender, gets upset when I call her a him?

I don't get upset when someone assumes i'm male becasue my screen name is definatley not obvious, its my fault I made a bad sn, although I guess i can see why it might be offensive to some people. I agree with you cassidy, that isn't not very nice, its like almost like saying women are weak.

i don't find "gal" particulary insulting, although I don't think i ever use it, i always say "hey guys" just out of habit.

PC sucks, its gotten so bad you cant do or say anything anymore, i also am guilty of the gender nuetral, HEY GUYS, or some such thing. when not being used to insult someone i just dont understand the reaction from some people about such things. there is no REAL gender neutral word, like HEY GUYRLS. lol   so whats the problem.

yeah, they should have some word like guyrls, except better, which can be neuter, so it refers to everyone, then maybe both male and female wouldn't feel insulted.

I voted i like both, but I'm leaning more towards pcs. it depends on what you use them for, and what kind of computer they each are, if they're really old, then either one is bad

its even worse when its crawling right next to you.

and by the way, i got my mom to kill it, so I don't have to be scared and away from the computer for a week, I had to wake her up though while she was sleeping soundly, it was really late when I found it, but shes really used to me doing that now, lol

same, i happen to be a girl, so I wouldn't exactly classify women as sexy, but I'm doing like the unicornhunter, and voted bev, esp. in the movies.

By then do you think we will have nursing facilities that cater only to specific tv shows?  That would be a cool idea.    The nurses and aides would have to wear television specific clothing and know about the show.  Maybe that's one of the requirements for employment.  And with ST there would have to be a OS wing, TNG wing, VOY wing, DS9 wing and an ENT wing.  And at dinner they would have to have ST on the big screen tv.  Sorry, I'm being silly now.   Just something to think about.

and also maybe by then we'll all live a lot longer and not have nursing homes anymore...its strange to think how everything will be changed, especially with technology,just look back to the 1950's how far we've come.
