  1. Click for Spoiler:

hmm well perhaps denuoblin physiology can withstand omicron radiation while humans cannot

second im curious what the repercutions of the borg wrekage now that starfleet has there hands on it.... im assuming that the unknown material was borg ablative plating and the unusual warp coils were transwarp coils???

further (and sisters back me up here) with data on the 1701-d im sure that he would have found some reference in some database on the "mysterious" cybernetic organisms that were found in the artic circle....

while the episode was great to say the least, im thinking that the timeline as we know it has been drastically altered...(say it aint so) and where has the temporal directive cops..uss relativity been through all this????

  2. ive always like this episode...the enterprise D as a warship and all....but i cant believe that the klingons actually were winning the war with there old rusted bird of preys and all...the only nice one ive ever seen was gowrons ...i also thought that they were gonna eventually do something with sela as like a sub-plot through out the series but i guess it was a dead subject

  3. i think a good analogy would be comparing the federtion to the united nations...while star fleet is the enforcers or peacekeepers of federation law and doctrine, the united nations security council serves a smiliar purpose in todays world. (minus the exploration of new frontiers as it is not applicable)

  4. well my guess is that the next episode with the Borg is going to be a major deciding factor on whether to keep enterprise going...bestofbothworlds, scorpion, endgame ...all classic high ratin borg episodes....if the next one flops , quite honestly it may be the end of enterprise....

  5. i have a very interesting prediction

    Click for Spoiler:

what if the borg dont exist at that time frame and the four rogue borg steal a ship and go back to the delta quadrant giving rise to the borg in the first place???? that would finally put to rest the question of the origin of the borg

  6. correct me if im wrong but isnt lore and lal's body stored somewhere??? i mean its not like we cant backup a harddrive then reinstal on a new computer right?? there is hope! when KITT got messed up they put him in a Viper didnt they?

  7. well thats a tough one...

james "the judo-chop master" kirk whos chubbie an kinda slow versus Jean Luc "Mr Clean" Picard whos kinda old and frail... hmmm.. this much is certain, the two of them woulda got whooped by Ben "the Shaft" Sisko

    how bout these:

the bigger mac.. Tom Paris or Wil Riker?

the bigger stiff... Ichep or Acting Ensign Wes Crusher??

the stonger drinks.. Guinan or Neelix?

the loudest drunk... O'brien or Scotty??

longest "cold streak" ..checkov, laforge or harry kim? (none of those guys got none)

the closet freak (every seven years).. spock or tuvok?

more whooped... Odo or the Doc?

person u would die to see naked.. seven or dax???

person u would rather die than see naked... Uhura or Admiral Janeway

  8. you know what has always eluded me?? after the voyagenerians have helped the unimatrixians regain conciousness in the real world, doesnt a sphere controlled by liberated unimatrixians come an aid them in battle .... no argument yet right? would it hurt if they said something like "we liberated u unimatrixian peoples, would u mine terribly if we carpool with u to the alpha quadrant in one of your transwarp corridors?" if it was me.. i woulda asked???!!?!

  9. the thing one must remeber is that laboratories around the world have sequenced a genome of ONE person that died quite a few years back... i cant recall her name, but i do remember that she had some unique cancerous cells that duplicated at a extrodinary rate... regardless, while it is very useful to have this map of the genome, it is essentially a map, as specific genes have not been isolated as of yet... further, once cannot completely predict the effect of the one isolated gene as most traits are a combination of traits on separate chromosomes and the fact that these genes may not be present or have the same effect in cells in other people...
