It's funny how people see things different. Next to TOS this was my favorite even after they got rid of Kes. I loved Kes's character
What was it about Voyager that you found likeable enough to consider it your second fave series?
I was able to watch most all of it from the beginning. TNG, Enterprise, DS9, were shown on Saturdays were I live and I worked Saturdays. So I never really got into say a flow with them.
Ok. I hear you. Where I live every trek show was re-played every saturday afternoon starting with re-runs of TOS and TNG and then progressing to the new eps of DS9 and VOY. By the time ENT rolled around this stopped. Sundays were Xena, Hercules, Kung Fu the Legend Continues and Babylon 5. I really miss those days.
Yes I loved Xena Oh so much.

My choice for Counselor is Lindsay Lohan. She meets all the qualifications. She is Pretty, Well Endowed, a emotional mess, just the right person to give the Captain important advice.

I thought if I was a Star Ship Captain I would have select crew (first officer and such) all female. This will take a while because I want to get the right women for the right job. So my first pick I will chose for my Security Officer Suze Orman. She is tuff as nails and I just love her.

Sorry for the board being down for a little while, I've been pretty busy and hadn't realized that the hosting renewal hadn't gone through.
Anyway, I've just finished school (graduated Magna Cum Laude) and should be able to do more to update things and refresh the boards.
THAT IS WAY COOL!! I had to look it up ( With Great Honor ) a wonderful achievement.

Fantastic!! Thank You Meiline. I assume you speak English because you write it so well. Am I correct?
You're welcome, I'm glad you enjoyed the interview!
Aww, thank you! But unfortunately I don't speak English fluently, I'm still learning! :)
Looks like you are learning well. I always thought about learning another language, just to lazy.

The new movies are the future of Trek. The old casts aren't coming back. So learn to love it!...lol
I agree. The casts for all of the series have gotten too old to reprise their roles, so we're going to have to move on with this new movie cast. Personally, I hope they come up with a new television series. Too long between movies to really get that Trek fix!
I think they are doing a very good job of spreading the wealth around amongst the new cast ... everybody has something important to do and everyone is integral to the story. IMO if the original cast movies and the TNG movies had one fault, it was the narrow focus on the top three characters at the expense of the rest of the cast.
That is true, but I think that stems from the fact they were TV series first and a lot of the shows particularly TOS featured the main 3. I would be interesting if they could make a series with this cast and story line

I'm very hesitant to say any Star Trek "sucked" because I would gladly trade just about every show on television today for the WORST of Star Trek. We need a new series. :)
HOW RIGHT YOU ARE!!!

I have never seen that one. Just caught a little bit on you tube looks very good.

All the Trek movies I own are still on VHS

I have yet to see it. Is it worth the time of picking up and watching? I was uninpressed with the first one for a few reasons so it made me a bit iffy on seeing the 2nd one. Also the fact that it took me so long to see the first one to begin with.
I did not like the first one much, but I think I went in not wanting it to be as good as the original cast. There were some leaks about the story line before I went and saw the second one. So I had to change my way of thinking knowing that Wrath of Khan was my all time favorite. So when I went and saw Into Darkness I really did enjoy it.

Eventually only the memories of TOS will be left.
