VaBeachGuy 12 Posted March 1, 2004 Risa has been closed for the time being and has also been renamed to Qo'noS (Kronos). The reason for the name change is because in Star Trek Risa is a place of tranquility, love and peace. On STF.NET "Risa" has become a place of debate, hate and anger. So I have named it for a planet that is more fitting to that nature. For the mean time, political "Hot topics" will have to be discussed in email or PM but Alterego and I think we need a "cooling off" period. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Jeanway 0 Posted March 3, 2004 Ever hear the saying " Trouble usually starts out as fun" ? Perfect example is the risa chatroom. At first I had alot of fun in there, then it just turned ugly, just like the .com chatroom did. Just turned into a Free-for-all. Jeanway 0 Posted March 3, 2004 Will kro'nos have a Moderator at all times? Those rooms even corrupted the poor mods in there trying to maintain some kind of civility and order. They got caught up in it too and started throwing people around and swearing just like the rest of us. You'd better start a BOOT-Camp for these Moderators.
