ussacclaim 0 Posted February 23, 2004 Ok, the Constitution-class and the Excelsior-class had two forward-facing torpedo launchers. However, the Galaxy-class only had the one on the battle section (I think I heard the saucer had one but let's forget it) I think this was a flaw for the ship. Yes it is a ship for exploration purposes but so were the other two. Perhaps the Galaxy could fire more in a salvo but I'd rather have a second torpedo laucher because if you only have the one and it gets damaged, now what are you going to do?? trekzone 0 Posted February 24, 2004 there was 2 on the stardrive and 2 on the saucer. The stardrive has the mainstay of the weapons because of its "non-explorative" nature. But, we never saw the one on the saucer did we? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
