I'd like to wish a happy Hockey day to my fellow Canadians and remember, keep yer stick on the ice.

Right... in honour of Hockey Day in Canada a team created by in American is winning. I'm afraid that's illogical.

True. But still a lot of fun!

What's even more ironic is now that Ed has traded Jeromy Roenick, he doesn't have a single American born player on his team.

Yes, there are American hockey players. Despite the fact that "American Hockey Player" is the ultimate oxy moron. :dude::assimilated::assimilated:

Seriously though, there are many talented U.S. born players like Jeremy Roenick, Brett Hull, Mike Modano, Brian Leetch, Bill Guerin, Keith Tkachuk, Chris Chelios, and Derian Hatcher.

However, I think that most elite NHL players will either be Canadian or Russian.
