GhostofMajorHayes 10 Posted July 6, 2008 Imo, Timescape was the funniest TNG ep that was filmed.
trekz 7 Posted July 6, 2008 In very close order for me, Hollow Pursuits, A Fistfull of Data's, Deja Q, and The Naked Now are the funnist episodes. I agree that the are a number of other episodes with particularly funny moments, so that makes this a tough question. Examples for me include moments with Picard and Mrs. Troi, with Worf and Mrs. Troi, and with Guinan and Q.

He Who Shall Not Be Named 2 Posted September 17, 2010 That episode where Picard has sex with his female Academy friend and wakes up next to Q.
He Who Shall Not Be Named 2 Posted November 21, 2010 The thing is TNG had some comedic moments in otherwise serious episodes. It was the contrast from the rest of the episode and how the characters normally are that made it so. However, TOS had some episodes and movies (A Piece of the Action, The Voyage Home) that were written as comedies. In fact The Voyage Home almost had Eddie Murphy in it. What made them funny, however, were the situations they were in. When they tried to be funny in a generic situation (The Final Frontier) it didn't work out at all.
