vold 0 Posted February 7, 2004 I just heard Chakotay mentioned something to 7 of 9 somekind of agreement that the Feds, Cards, Roms, Klings all sign it. Its something to do with no one is allowed to colonize another quadrantin other words, they should stay in their own Quadrant. Anyone know anything about this?. Jack_Bauer 1 Posted February 8, 2004 I believe that is from the Voyager Conspiracy when Seven is trying to prove Janeway and Starfleet are in cahoots with the Cardassians to establish a military presence in the Delta Quadrant. I guess i forgot to state a question. from what they say, then that means there can't be human colonies in the Delta Quadrant much less the Beta Quadrant right? I wonder how Q: "Humans aren't suppose to be out here for another century" maybe they changed the accords, or humans live in alien hotels there. like how aliens live in ours. vold 0 Posted February 8, 2004 I think, he ment that humans would be in the Delta Quadrant somewhere in the 25th century. but I don't think there will be any human colonizations there. because of the accord.
