the article says that Paramount Parks is going to open its third major attraction the Borg Assimilator Coaster at Paromount Park's Carowinds in North Carolina.It's the first coaster the have the Star Trek License.

it goes on to describe the coaster and contains pictures.

There's no date given. Are we to assume it will be apart of the 2004 season? Isn't that a bit early?

the park's website says new for 2004. but doesn't say if it will open the day the park opens so i guess you just have to assume that.

It says when Paramount's Carowinds opens it's 2004 season, but it doesn't say when the ride opens.

Borg Ball for Invasion 4D Grand Opening

 

Following our recent announcement of the "Borg Invasion 4D" opening at the Las Vegas Hilton on March 18, we are now pleased to announce a very special event to precede the public opening: The Borg Ball at the "Borg Invasion 4D" Grand Opening.

 

Kicking off at the stroke of midnight on March 18 (i.e. get there late Wednesday night, March 17!) and going till 3:00 a.m., this event promises to be a regular Borg Sphere of a ball. For the price of $299 per person (subject to availability), you will have access to the following:
