adm. stickler 0 Posted December 10, 2003 how in the world do ships like voyager let people out of the ship when they land on a planet? Are there turbo lifts connected to the landing legs?
Captain Jean-Luc Picard 1 Posted December 10, 2003 (edited) Voyager's landing legs are called "struts" on the series. The forward landing struts are on deck 15, the aft landing struts on deck 14. On the deck 15 landing struts, one can climb down a series of steps, like those scene in the jefferies tubes, down to the surface.
