On May 16 at 8 PM, EPIX will allow viewers to “get up close and personal with all of your favorite Star Trek captains” in a new exclusive series, and TrekToday U.S. readers can enter to win a poster!

 

The series, The Captains Close-Up, features interviews conducted by William Shatner, and includes former Star Trek captains Avery Brooks, Kate Mulgrew, Patrick Stewart, and Scott Bakula.

 

The special series begins May 16 with a special close-up interview with Shatner himself.

 

To celebrate the debut of The Captains Close-Up, EPIX is offering U.S. TrekToday readers “the opportunity to win a limited-edition poster with a hologram effect (seen to the left; click thumbnail to enlarge) for the EPIX original documentary The Captains, which is available on EPIX, and is the precursor to The Captains Close-Up. Readers can dive into the world of The Captains and go even deeper with EPIX’s series of close-up interviews, which are listed below. All of the films are available on EPIX and can be watched via a free trial if the reader does not already have a subscription to EPIX through their cable provider.
