Cast Away

Channel 9 Australia (same carrier as ENT) is broadcasting Cast Away. Have you seen it, did you enjoy it?

 

I thought it wouldnt be good...but it is.

 

i especaly liked it when Hanks and Hunt are at home and the camera pans down from the fire place and his "Sailing Acreditation" is shown....half way through now...its back on!

It's been awhile since I've seen the movie, but I thought it was very good. It really made it feel like you were stuck on an island all by yourself. When he gets back, it doesn't even feel like normal anymore. Now that's suspension of disbelief!

i watched it once, it was pretty good. but not so much so to watch it over and over again. but not a bad movie by any means

I liked it, it's funny how people can become attached to "things".

yeah that was soooo sad, i was crying....how about the bloody symbolism!

I agree it was a good movie and Tom Hanks was great in it. I have it on DVD but I wish I had rented it instead. As good as it is, I agree that it is not a watch again and again movie.

 

I agree with VBG, that was so sad when that happened.
