Vic 17 Posted August 11, 2010 IDW Publishing’s Publisher/Editor-in-Chief Chris Ryall has updated his blog, with a picture of the Khan plushie doll to be offered this fall when Star Trek Khan: Ruling in Hell #1 debuts, as well as two pages of art from the comic book. In Star Trek: Khan: Ruling In Hell #1, readers will be able to see just what Khan did to survive in that time between the original series Space Seed and Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. The picture featured here (click on the thumbnail to enlarge) shows the arrival of Khan, his followers and Marla McGivers on Ceti Alpha V. Kirk and Khan shake hands and seemingly part on good terms. Star Trek: Khan: Ruling In Hell #1 was written by Scott and David Tipton, with art by Fabio Mantovani and covers by Joe Corroney and Michael Stribling. The Khan plushie doll can also be seen for the first time, wearing a black glove, a Star Trek emblem necklace and a sour expression. Ryall encourages readers to “check out the cotton-filled pecs.” Another Khan artwork page can be seen here. View the full article
Kor37 9 Posted August 12, 2010 Actually, if you read "The Eugenics Wars", you'll get a very clear picture of Khan's life on Ceti Alpha 5 right up to when the Reliant showed up.
