Vic 17 Posted August 3, 2010 A meeting with screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada) has led to another project for Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci to produce for DreamWorks Studios via their Kurtzman Orci Paper Products production company. McKenna brought an idea to the duo several months ago and the three of them worked on a pitch to take to DreamWorks. The project is a romantic drama to be written by McKenna and produced by Kurtzman and Orci, which will focus on “on-off love affairs and friendships among a close circle of friends over two decades.” Orci and Kurtzman are working on Cowboys and Aliens which is in production and currently shooting, Hawaii Five-O and Star Trek XII.
