Toughest Species

I am going with the Orions. Vulcans have three times the strength of Human and the way the hulking slaver manhandled T'Pol was impressive. Those guys are just plain huge.

Klingons are the toughest, in my opinion.

Hirogen hands down are the toughest followed closely by the Gorn.

Humans. We've seen them beat all the options at one time or another. :)

 

Of the given choices, I'll go with... Hirogen. They can be half dead and still keep going. The closest to them are the Klingons, who will also try to keep going when they're half dead, but the Hirogen, even when half dead, will still pose a major threat. The only time a half-dead Klingon will pose a major threat is when he's clever.
