PhaseSniper 0 Posted January 25, 2008 Can't no returns. But now that I look at it. It did say that it might not be in perfect condition Normally I would put it in boiling water but I'm afraid that will wash off the paint. Any ideas
Kor37 9 Posted January 25, 2008 Instead of trying to fix it, go further with it and create a unique "battle-damaged" Sovereign class ship. Make it look like the Constellation from "The Doomsday Machine". I did that once when I was a kid. I bought a TOS Enterprise model and used a lighter to create all sorts of battle damage using pics of the Constellation as a guide. Then I put USS Constellation decals on it and voila! ussvwbeetle 0 Posted January 28, 2008 That is an excellant idea! I had an Enterprise-B Micro Machine that had it's saucer removed. I took a hot paper clip and melted some parts to look like the damage recieved from the Nexus. It always works out.
PhaseSniper 0 Posted January 30, 2008 Thanks for the ideas but I think I'm gonna use a hair dryer too heat it up and bend it back into shape.
