trekz 7 Posted December 8, 2007 The hard drive on my Dell gave up the ghost on Thur. After checking, there was ONE WEEK left on the 3 year warrantee :huh: :( :lol: so we will be having the hard drive replaced for free!!! :) I will be offline more than usual in the meantime, but hopefully by next week I'll be posting again slowly but regularly. He Who Shall Not Be Named 2 Posted December 9, 2007 Dell usually makes good computers, so I am surprised yours broke within the warranty time. However, Dell has received a couple "best in class" awards for their warranty service so enough of them must break for the company to get awards for fixing them.
