Thanksgiving is officially over when... What?

Recommended Posts

For me, it was over when we all had to pile into the van for the drive home. (We went to Tucson.)

It was over when I got the call that a truck needed to unload at my warehouse and I had to go open it up....... :P

...it's Sunday, and all the leftovers are either eaten or put in the freezer.

(That's how it was with my family.) :P

It's normally over for my family when they go into the cop car.

One car is enough?

I'm guessing the one car is one of those old fashioned paddy wagons

One goes in for the arrest, one goes in to get the arrested one, and the rest go in to stop a death in the family.

.... when the Lions clutch defeat from the jaws of victory.

The Lions haven't seen the jaws of victory for a while lol

Thanks for reminding me.

They almost beat Da Bears, though. That would have been nice if they had... but then those last six minutes....

Yeah, and they really did have the Packers beat until about the last 5 minutes then it turned into a route.

Like I said, "clutching defeat from the jaws of victory."

And there's talk of this being a perfect season: perfectly rotten 0-16.

Seriously, has that ever happened in the NFL ever?

Yes, the Bucs of 1976 and 1977 lost 26 games in a row. 0-14 in 1976 and 0-12 in 1977 before beating the Saints and St. Louis Cardinals to finish 2-12.
