Theunicornhunter 2 Posted August 23, 2003 Has the option for editing our own post been removed?
Indy 8 Posted August 23, 2003 Hmmm, I hadn't noticed that. I hope not, I really like that option.
Xeroc 0 Posted August 23, 2003 Apparently, all normal members have lost the ability to edit or delete their own posts. I do not not know why this has happened. I personaly would like to see that control returned, but if you need to edit a post or have one deleted (major things only, please, no misspelled words or such) contact a moderator, and they should be able to do that for you. Perhaps there was a mistake during the upgrade?
Indy 8 Posted August 23, 2003 Actually, it seems to be back now.
master_q 0 Posted August 23, 2003 Actually, it seems to be back now. It was set so you can only edit up to 30 minutes. Once 30 minutes has past after creating a topic/reply you can’t edit it. That’s where it stands right now Master Q StarTrek_Master_Q@yahoo.com
VaBeachGuy 12 Posted August 23, 2003 Apparently, all normal members have lost the ability to edit or delete their own posts. Members have never been able to delete posts, that's only ever been a moderator function. Temporarily the edit function has been changed for administrative reasons.
