yourface 0 Posted November 6, 2007 Howdy! I'm a university student and I'm currently taking a sort of web design class. I've been learning all sorts of things about design and the presentation of information as well as cascading style sheets and JavaScript. We have had a bunch of interesting readings, and one of our projects has been to develop an interface to the ideas in those readings. The interface is supposed to build relationships between the ideas using a metaphor. I chose my metaphor to be Star Trek, of course. My professor suggested that I use some Star Trek forums to let Trekkies know about my project and give them a chance to look at it. Thus, I present my midterm project. The site does incorporate sound, so adjust your speakers accordingly. Have fun; navigation is by related topics, but you can always return home to start a new navigation path.
