Theunicornhunter 2 Posted June 12, 2007 foxnews Canadian surgeons received the shock of their careers while trying to insert an arterial line into a man who was suffering from compartment syndrome and needed an urgent procedure to save his legs from permanent damage. Surgeons were having trouble inserting the line, but what happened next seemed like science fiction. Mitsuko 0 Posted June 12, 2007 It's a wonder he's not dead! I mean, I'm assuming that condition would greatly reduce his blood's oxygen carrying capacity. I never actually saw the whole episode, but I think I remember Archer, T'Pol, and Trip talking about it. Too bad the article didn't say anything about his ears.
