Stephen of Borg 2 Posted August 7, 2006 In the final pages of the Enterprise novel, The Last Full Measure, officially released in May 2006 but available for purchase in April, it is revealed that Tucker did not actually die in the events of "These Are the Voyages", but survived and lived to be over 120 years of age (Trip meets the young James T. Kirk and family). The whys and wherefors of this are expected to be addressed in the planned "Enterprise Relaunch" series of novel, beginning in 2007 with The Good That Men Do (the cover of which features Trip, apparently on a Romulan ship, implying that the cover-up of Trip's survival has something to do with the Earth-Romulan War). and all that could have been if ENT was picked up for season five. Looking forward to the future novels
Kor37 9 Posted August 7, 2006 I'm glad that Trip lives on in the novels but you know that somebody is gonna ask why Riker and Troi didn't know that he lived.

LoveMalePecs1 0 Posted August 28, 2006 Great to know that at least in the trek book novels he still lives and stuck around long enough to meet a young James T Kirk and family (same way Admiral Leonard MC coy lived long enough to see the Enterprise-D get underway to continue the Exploration of Space).
