I have never done that and I wouldnt unless there were highly visible security in attendance, it could get a little rough if you know what I mean.

No, not really, in fact I went back to check if I had posted the wrong link. I have visited other churches; I do it a couple of times a year for special events at relative's churches. I did attend Christmas Mass once even though I am not Catholic. I went to one of the smaller churches rather than the cathedral because I didn't think it would be fair to take someone else's spot since I wasn't Catholic. - they gave out advance tickets

I also visited church with a co-worker and sat there while the Sunday School teacher slammed my faith - and my friend didn't stand up for me. That didn't do much for my opinion of my friend or her church.

Actually I have visited the services of a faith different than mine and I disliked it very much, it was all I could do to keep myself from saying something I would have really regretted.

I can see where that would be a problem. On the positive side I guess if you ever have members of other faiths visit your church you'll know how they're feeling.

I have been to other churches for different reasons throughout my life. I am Lutheran, but have gone to Sunday School with friends at their churches; went to Christmas Mass a couple of times(my sister is Catholic, she converted before she got married); went to weddings and funerals of different religions. Lets see...I have been to a service of Catholic, Episcopalian, Baptist, Methodist, and Presbyterian. Never got to go to a Synagogue(sp?), yet(though many of my friends are Jewish)...but there is plenty of time to do so.

Yeah, or, they will not exercise the restraint I showed and say something they would really regret.
