Jim Phaserman 0 Posted December 9, 2005 So I was watching "Inside the NFL" on HBO this morning, and one question asked to Marino and Carter was, "Why are there so many Lousy teams?" Marino's answer was priceless... "I blame it all on Matt Millen!" I agree.
