Who Am I ?

I was the Chief Medical officer on a Federation starship. I became concerned about the Captain after a mission to Rigel VII and I urged him to relax, to avoid burnout. Discussing this with him over a drink I can remember telling him that ‘a man will tell things to his bartender that he will never tell his doctor.’
