TNG Quote Association Game

The Rules:

Simply post a quote related to the one before it. If possible, post who said it and where. This has the same rules as the game posted in the other thread except these quotes are restricted to the television episodes of TNG. You can't post twice in a row and only one quote per post.

 

I'll start it off with:
