I saw something like that on CNN today, it is absolutely shocking. I never realised the extent until I saw it. Thank God I don't have to do the reconstruction because I wouldn't know where to begin!

That's what the Army Corps of Engineers is there for, TM. And now after seeing that, folks may see why it has taken so long to get supplies in. Yes, there is one stretch of Hiway that is virtually all above water, but look at how much is under water...just getting anywhere on the day this photo was taken (and it ain't much better at 3:44 Sunday Morning Nawlins time, from what I understand) looks to be impossible by truck or car. you need a boat.
