A fuel you can use before putting it in a car!

After looking at jim's opinions on the world and the discussion of gas prices (Its extreme over here too.) I got to thinking is there a cheaper, less problematic fuel that hybrid and hydrogen cars???

I've heard about this before. It's a fantastic idea, and I hope it catches on! Hmm, can you imagine how ticked off the major oil companies will be if this does catch on?

This technology has been around for years. What will happen (it might already have happened) is that when a patent for the process is filed, the oil companies will buy the patent and bury the technology. They do this all the time. The inventor will become a millionaire and have to sign a statement promising not to talk to anyone about it.

could be a time for it to become a public resource, spreading the patent around broadly publishing it should kill the oil compnaies monopolisation of good clean effficient technologies.
