zipkirk1966 0 Posted July 17, 2005 Hey all Well at work one of my coworkers came up to me I work at a casino in security, outside and ask me what does my tag mean on the front of my car and I told him what do you mean? he said why do I like the Enterprise, didn't know you were into navy ships I told him no I'm a trekkie, then he said a trucker?? I said no no no lol a Trekkie you know Star Trek James Kirk, spock, The star ship Enterprise. Then he look at me with a weird look then it came to him  then he said OH ya ok whatever then walked off man that just drives me crazy LOL to tell a person who is NOT into sci-fi but I guess we have to live with it I know I do LOL Brian
Theunicornhunter 2 Posted July 17, 2005 I think the weirdest trek conversation I ever had with a co-worker was when TNG was first on the air. The co-worker told me she didn't like weird stuff like Star Trek but liked more realistic shows like "The Love Boat". Okay now, what's more scary - someone who goes to Star Trek conventions or someone who thinks The Love Boat is realistic?

Eratosthenes 0 Posted July 17, 2005 I hate situations like that. But they're hysterical.
Itchygomba69 0 Posted July 17, 2005 I personally feel if People Dont know what Star Trek is, they are way out of the loop, you don't have to be a hardcore Trek Fan to know what The Enterpris, Spock and Kirk are, its part of USA pop-Culture
