Takara_Soong 4 Posted July 13, 2005 From Variety.com: Jeri Ryan is back at Fox, signing on for a recurring role on "The OC."Thesp, who appeared in the net's "Boston Public," will play Charlotte Morgan, a woman with a secret who becomes buddies with Kirsten (Kelly Rowan) while the latter character dries out in rehab. Ryan's expected in at least seven segs of the Warner Bros. TV-produced skein, which starts its third season in September. Ryan is best known for her role on "Star Trek: Voyager."
