Stephen of Borg 2 Posted June 21, 2005 The Enterprise discovers a class 9 gas planet, but something else is there, a powerless Klingon ship with unconscious Klingon crew members on board. Hoshi, T’Pol and Malcolm take a shuttle to help but thing don’t go as well as they had hoped when a conscious Klingon steals their shuttle and leaves the three stranded on a ship that will explode any minute. “Sleeping Dogs” gives us a greater insight into the Klingon culture. We learn what a few words mean, Ka’pla, for example means success. We also learn how ungrateful the Klingons can be. This episode is another great episode, and actually has Malcolm on more than five minutes; he’s actually a main character in this episode! That’s a change, lol. “Sleeping Dogs” is a great episode ****1/2 out of *****
youbroughtheryouRiker 2 Posted May 28, 2007 Sorry Gam, I gave this a 2. With these kind of episodes, it's a little unbelievable that the Federation had a war with the Klingons. Hoshi's dialogue late in the episode was just plain terrible. Sounded so incredibly fake.
