After hearing reviews of Revenge of the Sith and being extremely hopeful that no matter how bad Episodes I and II were, Lucas cannot mess this story up, I have decided that I am looking more forward to the final installment of Star Wars. Though I am excited to see the forming of the Federation, I think that the episodes leading up to the finale will be better in general than the last installment. The birth of Vader, however, holds much more promise and I think will turn out to be my highlight of the season film wise... (not counting Sin City, which I consider the best film of the year so far... :naughty: )

What do you think?

Difficult to answer.

I loved Episodes IV-VI but was so disappointed with Episode I that I've never watched Episode II and I doubt I'll watch Episode III either.

Having said that, I'm not really looking forward to the finale of Enterprise because it is the finale. I don't want it to end so I am more dreading the arrival of the finale than looking forward to it.

My brother is a Star Wars fan... so more than likely at one point or another that film will play at this house. And sadly never really got to watch much in the way of Enterprise, since I do not get UPN unless I want to stay up all hours of the night to catch the UPN programming that will air after FOX's prime time airs.

I personally have seen Episodes IV-VI, and though not a fan... they were ok. And Episode I was ok... not as good as the following trilogy, but ok (I did like the character of Amidala/Padme). Never saw II, at all. Come to think of it, as much of a fan as my brother is... I do not believe he has seen all of II, nor does he have a DVD or VHS of it.

I echo Takara's comments. I wouldn't say I'm looking forward to Enterprise's finale(though I'm think I'm more intrigued by it that most fans).

The Star Wars finale looks good. I found a summary that basically outlines the plot of the movie. It sounds decent but:

I've been a Star Wars fan for more than half my life while I've been an Enterprise fan for 2 years... You do the math. Plus the ROTS is the completion of the Star Wars saga, and I don't think any Trek finnale would measure up to that.

General Grievous doesn't sound as cool as I had imagined

But do you know the details of his death?

After a long battle with Obi-Wan, and Obi-Wan almost being added to Grievous's collection he removes the General's chest plate exposing his alien inards. Obi-Wan shoots him there and the rest is just history...

Naturally its all speculation at this point but from what I've seen and heard so far, Revenge Of The Sith should be great and the Enterprise finale will probably be a train wreck but since neither has aired yet, we shall have to wait and see.
