I believe it was Arena. I know it was one of them with the slanted pointy rocks, they go to those same rocks in Bogus Journey.

Yeah, that's the on. They've used that location (the one where Kirk fights the Gorn) in several episodes. I believe "Who Watches the Watchers" from TNG was one of them. I don't remember the others off hand.

Those pointed rocks are called Vasquez Rocks and are located just outside Los Angeles. Here's an article about it, and it even has pictures from Star Trek.
