Odie, do the ladies wear pants or skirts in the US Navy?

 

Anyway, I voted long sleeves so the mosquitoes won't bite and neither will the bed bugs.

 

I do prefer the older Kirk movie era uniforms - especially Uhura's version.

They can wear both. If they are station on a ship they are required to wear pants. Skirts are not allowed on a ship. Just recently shirts are no an optional uniform item.

True. B) But on away missions, I think there may be bigger problems than just mosquitos.

 

oh wait... *turns green at the thought* B) Oh, ok now I am fine... just thought about my least favorite TNG episode "Shades Of Grey". True Riker was in long sleeves and long pants but still got attacked by that thorn or whatever it was.

 

 

 

One thing I am glad they did not continue with for either gender.. the skants. I hated those (those short skirted, short sleeved remind me of cheerleader outfit uniforms)
