Gandalf's staff is broken in his meeting with the Witch King of Angmar, but you see it at the harbor in the last part of the movie.

Remember that Frodo is wearing Mithril and that Orcs take it off of him at the tower. BUT FRODO WAS STABBED BY SHELOB!! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?
