Odie 0 Posted December 18, 2004 Not long ago anyone could send letters and/or cards to service members without knowing the name of the person that they are sending it to. It was called "Operation Dear Abby." The only thing that had to be on the envelope was "Any Service Member". Since 9/11 that has stop, but there is a web site that taken its place.
