Most people say to put your nose to the pic and slowly move away from it, and the hidden image will pop out at you. I find it easier to slowly cross your eyes until you see it. It might take you a little while to get it, but once you do it'll be no problem. Not to mention that I wouldn't recommend looking at the screen with your nose pressed to it...
