VBG it's a Language site. the cerillic alphabet. You can import it then use {export } it. I guess that's what it means. let me find it, brb......

The Import/Export feature in programs normally means that it saves/load the file or something in a format not native to the program. Like saving a Microsoft VISIO file as a JPG image file.
