He may have become Starfleet a little too fast tho. And I agree.. Not used enough. And I feel like the relationship with seven was really forced for the last episode... The relationship between him and Janeway should have been work more I think (if I remember correctly) that Chakotay went through the academy and was a lieutenant before he left to join the Marquis.
