Monty Python DVDs

I am thinking about buying the Monty Python DVD set I have been seeing advertised on TV. Has anyone here bought it, are you glad you did or could they have done a better job on it, iyo?

i dont have the dvds but my friend has the holy grail special edition dvd. its pretty good. lots of funny little extras. i dont know about the others though

Is that the ones split into four parts. If so then they are the ones I have. I like them but the thing is that Monty Python had so many sketchs that there are bound to be ones that you would have thought should be there. Having said that they do contain the widely accepted 'classics'. My advice to you is to look out for the Yes Minister or Yes Prime Minister DVDs, assuming you really like BBC comedy.

 

If you do get them, look out for Miss Anne Elk, the fellow who likes things that sound 'woody', and Dennis Moore. They are my favourites from this set.
